Summer’s finally here – time for adventures! Whether that’s a trip across the country in your RV, around the lake in your boat, or down the street in your motorcycle or classic car, here are a few important steps to take before you head out

  1. Protect your summer vehicles

They may not be your everyday ride, but vehicles like boats, RVs, motorcycles, and classic cars still deserve your care! Make sure insurance is part of that care.

These vehicles are different from your “regular use” car and require somewhat different coverage than your standard auto insurance. Having the right insurance policy helps protect you and your assets in case of loss, injury, or damage.

  1. Get insurance before you leave home

Keep in mind that you can’t buy insurance after you have an accident, so think carefully about the financial position you’d want to be in if that were to happen. Plan ahead and get insured before your trip!

While you jot down packing checklists and plan itineraries ahead of your departure, make sure that getting the right insurance policy is at the top of your vacation prep to-do list!

  1. See a local agent for the best rate

You have enough on your plate when planning your summer; don’t let the stress of sifting through countless policies and rates pile on top.

Give us a call or come see us! As your local, independent agent, we provide great coverage and prices, all tailored to your unique circumstances and needs.

Summer should be fun, not stressful! By planning ahead and making sure you’re covered, you’ll be able to spend less time and money on insurance and more on the fun things (ice cream, anyone?).
